BARS II
It’s finally here! After multiple hurdles and unfortunate delays, my latest project BARS II is now live and streaming on all platforms. Physical copies will be coming soon and available for online order and in person.
I can’t tell you how proud I am of this project. Not only as a whole, but each track individually. I made it a point to really reach out and try to collaborate with as many talented artists as I could. Each feature is golden. Everybody absolutely nailed their part and reaffirmed my decision.
I made sure to grab the entire Free Agentz team as well as DOTWAV to make sure we had Las Vegas represented to the fullest, and I can’t thank them enough for agreeing to work with me. There are no two bigger or better rap groups in the city, and I would hold us up against anybody. So shout out to Larry Coleman 2020, Shikottii, JT Hernandez, Fyah Ponn, and Sylxnt from FA. As well as Bxbmz, Creed Chameleon, and Kenn Francis from DOTWAV. From the city of sin, we taking this worldwide.
Eyvre from Denver, Colorado is one of, if not the dopest MC in all of the 303 and Colorado in general. We’ve been homies and worked together as artists for many years now, and I couldn’t be prouder of his contribution to BARS II and what he’s cooking up in his own right. No matter where I go or what I do, hip hop is life and an Everyday Ritual.
RMthePoet representing Vista, CA and the San Diego area in an artist I met when touring with Larry Coleman 2020 at our stop in SD. He performed on the same show, and I immediately thought, “I want to work with this dude.” His flow is iconic and as classic as it gets. I was stoked when he got back to me and said he was down to work. Make sure to check him out and everything he’s doing.
Going back to Las Vegas, I want to thank Dak for rocking with me as well. Not only on making our track, but the music video we shot was the best I’ve ever been a part of, and largely due to your ideas and execution. Dak is an incredible artist, performer, and human being. Definitely check out what he’s doing.
And of course I can’t leave off the man himself, Dr. Dropa. His cuts add so much to making this a classic hip hop album. The only struggle is trying not to use him on every track. He’s that good and this album wouldn’t be what it is without him.
There’s so many people to thank, I’m sure I’m forgetting some. And for that, I truly apologize. But know that your efforts were appreciated, and it’s only my excitement in this moment that has made my memories cloudy.
I hope you take the time to listen to the entire album. I don’t want anybodies contribution to go unnoticed or unappreciated, because without them, this project wouldn’t be what it is. I couldn’t be more happy with the final product, and I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed making it.
Thanks a lot guys. Love Life 🤙🏽
PS: I PROMISE it’s not going to be this long between drops ever again. It wasn’t supposed to go down like this, and it never will again.
